Beat Baba is the stage name of myself, Varenya Joshi – a percussionist from India. I started pursuing rhythms as hobby and after spending 17 years with his hobby, have now turned it into a profession. Trained in classical Indian Music with Tabla, I learned a lot of instruments after that and by now I play Drums, Cajon, Djembe, Doumbek, Kanjira, Khadtaal, Morchang, Harmonica, Kashaka, tongue drums and many other instruments. Along with performances, I conduct workshops for corporate and other events. Also, I am coming up with conceptulized and induced learning courses in which one-to-one rhythemic training will be provided.
